During her extensive professional experience, Carmen has specialised in civil and fiscal matters before courts and tribunals of all kinds as well as extrajudicial instances (notaries, land registers, commercial registers), in Spanish law matters, and fundamentally in the law of her French-speaking clients (French, Belgian, Swiss, etc.), which has led her to master the rules of International Private Law and Civil Law of the different countries of the European Union.

Carmen has a perfect command of the French language, both spoken and written. She collaborates with different Consulates of French-speaking countries in Spain, as well as with Spanish Consulates in the same countries, which allows her to provide qualified legal assistance.

REAL ESTATE LAW: Comprehensive intervention in all types of real estate transactions (sales and purchases, leases, new construction, extinction of condominiums, property registration, real estate financing, etc.) with maximum involvement in all phases of the operation (private contracting, signing of deeds at the notary’s office, taxation and after-sales). INHERITANCE LAW: We intervene in the processing of inheritances in all their phases (preparation of wills, certificates of notoriety, declarations of heirs, inheritance deed, tax treatment of inheritance, inheritance waivers, administrative issues, etc.). We specialise in handling inheritances with an international French-speaking component. We maintain direct contact with the notaries in the countries of nationality or residence of our clients and take care of the notarial and tax coordination between the inheritances processed in Spain and in the countries of origin.

FAMILY LAW: We handle family proceedings (separations, divorces, alimony claims, custody, etc.), both notarial and judicial. We take care of all the formalities with the study and application of foreign law, including the inscriptions in the Civil Registry of the foreign countries where the marriage was celebrated. We are specialised in the enforcement and exequatur of foreign judgments related to matrimonial and divorce matters.

TRAFFIC LAW AND CIVIL LIABILITY: We specialise in the handling of cases arising from traffic accidents, both criminal and civil, claims for injuries, sequelae and damages of all kinds. We are backed by our extensive experience of almost thirty years as lawyers for prestigious national and international insurance companies, as well as numerous private clients who have entrusted us with their claims.
